xcrafted takes no cut of your sales
When visitors pay on your site, for products, bookings, courses or tickets, the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Only Stripe’s own fees apply.

Billing, trials and refunds
- How do free trials work?
- Every paid app is free for its first 14 days on your site, once per app, with no card needed. Three days before a trial ends, we email you. If your site isn’t paying by then, the app pauses: it comes off your site, everything in it is kept, and paying brings it back.
- When am I charged?
- The first bill covers what’s left of the month. After that, your site is billed on the 1st of each month for its apps, its domain, and anything past its allowance the month before. Adding or removing an app mid-month is prorated on the next bill. Starting to pay ends any free trials.
- Is there a most I’ll pay?
- Yes: $29 a month for apps and your domain together, however many you turn on. Only usage past your site’s allowance can add to that, and the editor shows it as the month goes.
- Who charges me?
- xcrafted’s plans are sold through Link, Stripe’s reseller, which takes the payment and handles VAT and sales tax. Your card statement shows LINK.COM and xcrafted, and receipts come from Link. You can pay in US dollars, or in your own currency at Link’s exchange rate.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime, from Billing in your site’s Account panel. Your plan stays until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Then your site goes back to the free plan: paid apps pause, and their content is kept.
- Do you give refunds?
- A month that has started isn’t refunded, in full or in part. If you were charged by mistake, write to support@xcrafted.com and we’ll refund it.
- What happens if my site goes past its allowance?
- On the free plan, your site keeps working, and the editor asks you to upgrade. A paying site keeps working too, and what’s past its allowance comes on the next month’s bill, at the prices above.
- Does xcrafted take a cut of my sales?
- No. When visitors pay on your site, the money goes to your own Stripe account, with Stripe’s own fees. xcrafted takes nothing.
